The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

The community division of Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our newly formed Float team. Float physicians are not responsible for attributed patients, rather this flexible, dynamic role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who thrive on caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of practice settings.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of primary care experience and Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds. Candidates must be eligible to work in Massachusetts and commit to at least 20 hours per week.
