Provide individual and group counseling sessions to adult clients in a day healthcare environment Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor and document client progress, updating treatment plans as needed Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, and healthcare staff Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support when necessary Facilitate psychoeducational groups focused on coping skills, mental wellness, and life skills Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
