About the role

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to active-duty service members and their families. Responsibilities include managing prenatal care, performing surgeries, and handling labor and delivery within a military facility.

HJ Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced OB-GYN Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a U.S. military medical facility serving active-duty service members and their families. This position combines outpatient clinic, inpatient care, surgery, labor and delivery, and call responsibilities in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. Perform routine and high-risk prenatal care. Manage labor, deliveries, and postpartum care. Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures. Evaluate and treat patients in clinic and inpatient settings. Respond to obstetrical emergencies and inpatient consultations. Participate in rotating call schedule. Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and specialty providers. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Active unrestricted U.S. medical license. Current DEA registration. Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Minimum one year of recent full-scope OB-GYN experience. U.S. Citizenship required. Schedule Combination of clinic, operating room, labor & delivery, and call coverage. Rotating weekday and weekend call. Predictable long-term contract assignment.

Requirements

Requires an MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Candidates must hold an active U.S. medical license, DEA registration, and U.S. citizenship.
