Looking for meaningful weekend work where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Overnight Caregiver to support a wonderful 21-year-old young man with autism and other disabilities in his family's home. This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in providing excellent care. Additional shifts a possible if there is an interest and experience but not required with this position.
You will be joining a supportive team and working with a family who values and appreciates the people who help care for their son. This is a welcoming, respectful home environment where caregivers are treated as important members of the team.
This is an awake overnight position, meaning you must remain alert, attentive, and available throughout the entire shift. Most nights are quiet, but the right candidate will be prepared to provide support as needed to ensure comfort, safety, and a peaceful nighttime routine. You may need to change diapers and comfort him in the middle of the night.
