EXPECTED PAY: Surgical Technologist I: $27.26-38.48/hour Surgical Technologist II: $27.26-38.48/hour (with a 3% range adjustment) This is an hourly position. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

The Surgical Tech works under the supervision and delegatory authority of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. The surgical tech recognizes significant conditions and reactions of the patient and notifies the appropriate patient care team as necessary.
Surgical Technologist I & II: Licensure/Certification: Certification in Surgical Technology OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Surgical Tech program or significant equivalent experience. Certification in Surgical Technology and BLS certification are required or highly preferred depending on the level.
