As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide skilled nursing services under the direction of a RN, including medication administration, wound care, patient education, monitoring changes in condition, and documenting patient progress. You will help patients maintain independence while promoting comfort, safety, and healing. Working alongside our nurses, therapists, physicians, and caregivers, you will play an important role in achieving positive patient outcomes.
In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting independence, improving outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, patient centered care.

Must possess a current California LVN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Previous home health experience and familiarity with KanTime EMR are preferred.
