Good Shepherd Hospice is looking for compassionate, dedicated RNs to provide End of Life care to patients at home.
Our Hospice RN’s: The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures.
Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.
Position will cover Belle Terre, Coram, Miller Place, Port Jefferson, Riverhead and the surrounding areas.
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience Basic Life Support Certification Current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation.
Usd $100,000.00 - Usd $130,000.00 /Yr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Must hold a current New York State RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with own transportation. Requires at least one year of recent hands-on nursing experience.
