We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, cervical spine injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based rehabilitation focused on restoring mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance Treat patients experiencing TBI, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, whiplash-associated disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions Design and implement individualized therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, vestibular rehabilitation, and balance training programs Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, speech-language pathologists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain Strong clinical evaluation and rehabilitation skills Experience with neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, balance rehabilitation, or orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience with EMR systems preferred
Requires an active Colorado Physical Therapist license and strong clinical evaluation skills. Experience in neurological or vestibular rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
