Our clients are served by consistent teams of Care Specialists. You'll know our clients and they'll know you.
Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance Homemaker support: light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Companion care: conversation, activities, and errands Transportation: drive clients to medical appointments, activities, and outings in your own vehicle Observe clients and report changes in condition to your care team Document care accurately and on time
At least 19 years of age Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance CNA certification preferred; strong caregiving experience considered CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to pass Nebraska APS/CPS registry checks, criminal background check, and pre-employment screening Physical ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility Reliable and punctual — our team model depends on every member showing up Genuine warmth and respect for the people in your care Integrity - doing the right thing when no one is watching
