Colorado refractive surgery roles are selective

In Colorado, refractive surgery technician openings are typically tied to busy ophthalmology and surgical practices that need staff who can support pre-op testing, patient flow, and procedure-day coordination. These roles are competitive because employers often want recent ophthalmology assistant experience, current BLS certification, and comfort with ophthalmic diagnostic tools.
