  • Sun City Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Urogynecology Provider Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team as a Urogynecology Provider. This role will support our physicians in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with pelvic floor disorders and related urogynecologic conditions in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to women with complex and chronic pelvic health needs. Experience in urogynecology, women’s health, urology, or a related specialty is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and follow patients with urogynecologic conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, pelvic pain, and voiding dysfunction Obtain histories, perform focused examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies, labs, imaging, and other testing as appropriate. Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive care. Assist with in-office procedures and pre-operative and post-operative care within scope of practice. Triages patient calls and supports continuity of care between physician visits. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Master’s degree or completion of an accredited PA program. DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient specialty practice. Preferred Experience Prior urogynecology, urology, or women’s health experience.indeed+2 Experience caring for patients with pelvic floor disorders and chronic urinary symptoms Familiarity with outpatient specialty care, patient counseling, and care coordination.

Requirements

Requires current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Master's degree or completion of an accredited PA program. Experience in urogynecology, urology, or women's health is strongly preferred.
