You'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that produce outstanding outcomes.
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care
