The Physical Therapist plans and implements therapeutic programs to help patients restore function and improve mobility. They are also responsible for supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

These programs may involve the administration of modalities Supervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to the goals and treatment plans of patients.

Communicates with Physical Therapist Assistants regarding the prognosis of the patient Completes documentation, which meets federal and state guidelines Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start date American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by specialty 1+ years of outpatient experience; new graduates and candidates with equivalent clinical training are encouraged to apply Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT) and a current Massachusetts license. BLS certification is required, while ACLS and outpatient experience are preferred.
