Texas LCSW roles remain in steady demand

Texas employers continue to seek licensed clinical social workers for outpatient, behavioral health, and telehealth settings, especially candidates who can provide care through secure video platforms. These roles are competitive because they require a Texas LCSW license, a CSWE-accredited MSW, and clinical experience, while the listed compensation and benefits package may attract multiple qualified applicants.
