Back to Health of Branford LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Branford, CT. Responsibilities

Assist clinical staff with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply levels Perform basic clinical procedures as directed Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and appointment reminders Process insurance information, referrals, and prior authorizations Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Prior experience in a clinical or medical office setting is a preferred Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and medical office software Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinical environment Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding is a bonus CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain About Us: Back to Health of Branford LLC is a trusted healthcare provider serving the Branford, CT community with a commitment to personalized, high-quality patient care.
