The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, and the implementation of interdisciplinary care plans. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality.

More about our team Our rehabilitation nursing team provides patient-centered care focused on recovery and independence.

How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Performs timely and accurate QI assessments What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing program.

Additional requirements include: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma) Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused mindset Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must have a nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and a current state RN license. CPR/BCLS certification is required, with ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
