About the role

The Patient Care Tech performs delegated direct patient care activities for an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for adhering to National Patient Safety Goals and maintaining population-specific competencies.

Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Patient Care Tech, at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center Trauma Med Surg, in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Patient Care Tech performs delegated direct patient care activities to an assigned group of patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

Requirements

Candidates must have a current BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days. Additionally, applicants must have completed a recognized nursing assistant course, an accredited nursing program, or possess equivalent experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
