This position is based within Jefferson Regional Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures Lab. Please look at posting as to which department this is for.
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the quality of care for an assigned caseload of patients in the procedural labs (Cardiac Cath Lab and IVR). This includes delegating duties appropriately and directing staff in the delivery of care, assuring responsibility for the appropriate utilization of resources, collaborating with medical staff and others in the provision of care, and demonstrating positive interpersonal relationships with others in communication and problem resolution.

The essential duties of the job require the employee to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner. A lapse in attention to detail may constitute a threat to health or safety resulting in injury, illness, or death. This position prohibits the current use of any illegal drugs.
Monday through Friday 0700-1530. Call required.
Candidates must have a nursing diploma or degree, a current Arkansas RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of perioperative nursing experience and proficiency in EMR systems.
