What You'll Do Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality Dignified character that models recovery principles
