Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Grants, NM is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist (W-2, benefits eligible) to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems. Experienced dentists are preferred, but we’re absolutely open to a graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment.

⚙️ Clinical & Procedural Focus We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently. Ideal strengths include: Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Simple to moderate extractions Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)
