Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.
Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be currently certified as both a Nurse Assistant and a Medication Technician in the state. A background check, drug screen, and valid authorization to work in the US are required.
