  • ICUs: Cardiovascular Coronary Medical-Respiratory Neurological Surgical Perform arterial line placement Conduct esophageal balloon placement and monitoring Utilize advanced ventilation modes, including NAVA Administer inhaled pulmonary vasodilators Support hyperbaric medicine in one of the nation’s largest multi-place chambers Engage in cutting-edge therapies and complex patient care Provide exceptional respiratory care for patients Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures Administer medications and educate patients and families Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes Mentor new teammates and students What You’ll Bring Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum) WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023 BLS certification (AHA) and
