Phlebotomy roles stay steady in Alabama

In Alabama, phlebotomy technician openings are typically driven by ongoing lab and clinical testing needs across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic settings. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a high school diploma or GED, formal phlebotomy training, experience with different patient populations, and current or soon-to-be-obtained BLS certification.
