Working 29 hours per week that requires flexibility for variable days and hours: Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday with availability from 7:00am - 9:00am based on departmental needs onsite.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on excellence in patient care.

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering $25-38 per hour, recognizing your skills and commitment to quality healthcare.

Your day to day as a Mobility Coach: As a Part-Time Mobility Coach in the Surgery Center at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will collaborate with nursing staff and physicians in providing care for post-operative patients in an acute setting/23-hour stay.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gait training, home exercise program (HEP) instruction, DME fitting and education, post-operative education, education on mobility and safety within patients' home and vehicle upon discharge.

You will collaborate with nursing staff to establish patient discharge priorities and status.

Expect to communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on the recovery process and safety within the patients home and vehicle upon discharge.

Each day will bring unique challenges, requiring your problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence as you support patients on their healing journey.
