Responsibilities

Pediatrix is seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our well-established practice of 9 neonatologists and 7 NNPs, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dolly Parton Cildren’s Hospital is a busy 60-bed, Level-III NICU Our average daily census of 50 and a new state-of-the art unit is coming soon There are approximately 7,000 deliveries per year and the hospital provides strong pediatric subspecialty support Services provided include high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide NNP will rotate at multiple hospitals with the practice, including Sevierville (NBN), Knoxville (NICU and NBN) and Morristown (NBN). All facilities are located within a 40 mile triangle of each other Wonderful support, established practice, all located in the beautiful valley of East Tennessee. Metropolitan Knoxville was recently ranked the “best place to live in the US and Canada” among cities with a population of fewer than one million. Conveniently located off three of the nation’s major interstates, Knoxville is within a one day’s drive of half of the country’s population.
