What You'll Do Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate effectively with providers and family members. Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants and other nursing personnel during the shift. Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition with sound clinical judgment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and community policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes and quality of life. Qualifications Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligible for Kansas licensure). Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred, but not required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to lead a team while fostering a positive, resident-centered culture. Schedule Full-Time 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Includes rotating weekends and holidays as needed. Must hold a current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR/BLS certification. Experience in long-term care or senior living is preferred but not required.
