As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, develop individualized care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You will play a critical role in helping patients recover safely, manage chronic conditions, and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.
In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting independence, improving outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, patient centered care.

Compensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state or local law, we provide a reasonable pay scale, including the hourly or salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
Must possess a current California RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Experience with OASIS documentation is required, while KanTime EMR and bilingual skills are preferred.
