Registered Nurse (RN II) – Med Surg Med Surg 2nd Floor North- RN- Full Time / Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Day Shift; 0645-1915 x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays Department Highlights: Med Surg 2nd Floor North Workplace culture 2nd to none Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Highly engaged management

Here’s What You Need Education Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or Associate's Degree Nursing required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 2+ years of acute care Med/ Surg Tele RN experience preferred Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required And ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (charge only) 90 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.

Requirements

Requires a Nursing Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least one year of RN experience or completion of a residency. Must hold an active RN license and BCLS certification, with ACLS and CPI certifications required within 90 days.
