Most therapist jobs today are 1099 contracts on telehealth platforms without community and you work largely alone. We are built the other way.
Salaried
W2 role with benefits: not per-session contractor pay. You are an employee, with a real salary and real benefits.
Genuine clinical community: with required weekly case consultations alongside colleagues who care about the work.
Steady caseload we help build: so you spend your time with clients, not marketing yourself to find them.
Work that lasts: a balanced, sustainable caseload that protects your time and the quality of your care.
Hybrid, the best of both: split your week between our Manhattan offices and home, so you get real colleagues and real flexibility.
Onboarding that sets you up: professional headshots, a polished clinical profile, a feature on our website, and structured check-ins through your first weeks.
Provide psychotherapy, and assessment where relevant, to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth. Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman. Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation. Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
A salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus. Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401(k). A yearly CEU stipend, plus gym and fitness reimbursement. Minimal paperwork: no insurance billing and no collections to chase. Required weekly group case consultation plus one-on-one clinical support. Standout onboarding and a real clinical community.
