Responsibilities

Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice. Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility. Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members. Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan. Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.

Qualifications

Current OT license through the WA State Board of Occupational Therapy required. A minimum of 2 years OT experience required. Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current OT license from the WA State Board of Occupational Therapy and a minimum of 2 years of experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 100% are also required.
