The LPN is responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to a group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes physical assistance, lifting, and moving patients while maintaining safety and integrity.

Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program registered by the New York State Education or by the licensing authority of another state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire date. Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required in critical care units.
Appreciable physical effort required. Moving, lifting and assisting patients whose size and physical abilities can vary greatly. Some lifting, reaching and stooping. Required to be on feet much of the time. Hours - Every other weekend and floating required. Shift is 12 hours 0600 - 1830.
