Introducing Tribute Secure Short Hours This is a guaranteed-pay position for caregivers with morning availability.
For your commitment to a consistent schedule, we guarantee your pay for those hours, whether or not you're matched to a visit.
It's our way of taking the financial uncertainty out of home care work, so you can focus on what you do best: caring for people.
What the job looks like These are morning visits, typically 1 to 4 hours, in clients' homes in Catonsville and surrounding areas.
You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines.
In exchange for your guaranteed schedule, you agree to accept the visits we offer during your committed hours, including visits under 4 hours, with at least 24 hours' notice.
$22/hour guaranteed pay for your committed hours, whether or not you're matched to a visit Choice of a 4-day (16 guaranteed hours/week) or 5-day (20 guaranteed hours/week) schedule Morning visit options: 7am-12pm or 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm Paid time off and bereavement support Referral bonuses Paid orientation and training Uniforms and PPE at no cost 24/7 local support so you are never on your own Who does well here You want stability and you're ready to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. You show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most, even on the short visits, even on the ones scheduled with short notice.
