The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients' functional status and implementing physician-led plans of care. They must maintain accurate documentation of all treatment activities and communications.

  • Scheduled: Monday – Friday Full-time, permanent, direct hire Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity. Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care. Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.
