  • Assistance: Available Position Overview An established integrated women’s health practice in Prescott, Arizona, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology in both outpatient and hospital settings. You will provide prenatal care, manage labor and delivery, perform gynecologic surgery, and care for patients throughout every stage of life. The practice offers an established referral base, experienced clinical and administrative support, flexible scheduling, and a structured path to partnership. Competitive base salary of $260,000–$325,000 Additional earnings through a collections-based incentive Flexible sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology Balanced mix of OB and GYN patients Equitably shared call schedule Established referral network and steady patient volume Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests Collaborative team of physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, APPs, nurses, and support staff Strong clinical and administrative infrastructure Clear pathway to partnership No travel requirements Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $260,000–$325,000, commensurate with experience Percentage-of-collections bonus structure Sign-on bonus tailored to candidate needs Relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off Separate paid sick leave 401(k) retirement plan CME stipend Reimbursement for medical licensing fees Employer-paid malpractice insurance Structured partnership pathway Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care Manage routine and complex obstetric patients within the scope of the practice Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions across the lifespan Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures Conduct annual examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits Provide contraceptive, reproductive health, and family-planning counseling Evaluate and manage menstrual disorders, menopause symptoms, and other women’s health concerns Participate in the shared call rotation and provide hospital coverage as scheduled Collaborate with physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, advanced practice providers, nurses, and specialists Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Follow current evidence-based guidelines and standards of care Participate in continuing education, quality improvement, and practice-development initiatives Practice Highlights Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities Balanced obstetric and gynecologic patient population Shared call rotation averaging 3–6 shifts per month Collaborative physician and Certified Nurse Midwife care model Established patient base and reliable referral relationships Flexible scheduling based on practice and provider needs Opportunity to pursue minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and other professional interests Inclusive culture centered on communication, teamwork, and mutual support Efficient clinical workflows supported by experienced administrative and clinical teams Long-term partnership and practice-growth opportunities Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of a qualifying U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one DEA registration or ability to obtain before employment Eligibility for hospital privileges and insurance credentialing Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and collaboration skills Residency programs based in Puerto Rico do not meet the eligibility requirements for this position.
