About the Role

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care that allows seniors and individuals in need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll build meaningful relationships while making a lasting difference in someone's life every day.

Responsibilities: may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting

Medication reminders

Assistance with walking and mobility

Transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings

Supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting independence

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Excellent communicators with a positive attitude

Physically able to perform caregiver duties

Reliable and punctual

Requirements: CNA or HHA certification preferred or

At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses

Exceptions may be considered for newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, those with family caregiving experience, or applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only

Current TB test

Reliable transportation

If transporting clients, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are required

Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening

This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to applicable state and federal regulations
