Market context
Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant roles in Michigan are often tied to steady demand from home-based and end-of-life care services. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for an active Michigan CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with travel during the day, while hospice experience and a high school diploma can strengthen an application.
