Description Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a Weekend On-Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients in hospice and home health.

This is an on-call position starting at 4:30PM on Friday until 8AM Monday.

Ideal Candidate To ensure timely response to patient needs, the ideal candidate will reside in La Junta or within a 15-minute drive of La Junta.

· Must be at least 21 years of age. · A valid non-restricted RN license in the state of Colorado is required. · Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license. · Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed. · At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
