About the role

The Physician Assistant will support a growing Orthopedic Spine program by providing care across clinic, hospital, and operating room settings. Key duties include surgical first assisting, inpatient management, and participating in call coverage.

Detroit Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a growing Orthopedic Spine program serving patients at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled orthopedic and spine team, providing care across the clinic, hospital, and operating room settings. The Physician Assistant will play a key role in supporting spine and orthopedic surgical services while helping to expand the practice alongside a new spine surgeon joining the program.

This position offers a diverse clinical experience, including outpatient clinic responsibilities, surgical first assist duties, inpatient patient management, and the opportunity to participate in call coverage. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care.
