The MLT will plate cultures, perform Gram stains, and conduct PCR and EIA testing on primary samples. They are also responsible for identifying organisms and completing aerobic susceptibility testing for various bodily samples.

Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | 8-Hour Day Shift What You'll Do Plate cultures and perform Gram stains on primary samples Conduct PCR, EIA, and EIA-like testing Read and work up aerobic, anaerobic, and yeast cultures Perform organism identification, including biochemical testing Complete aerobic susceptibility testing for a variety of bodily samples Work independently on a rotating schedule for weekends and holidays after training What We Are Looking For
Associate's degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent) National MLT certification Montana Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) license upon hire Previous microbiology experience is not required—comprehensive training is provided What You Can Expect
