We invite applications for a part-time specialist in Emergency Medicine at our Tysons Corner Medical Center.

What You Can Expect: Non-Traditional Emergency Medicine Opportunities Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care settings Collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a dynamic clinical setting—while supported by a team culture that values flexibility, well-being, and sustainable work-life integration Direct patient care Observation Units staffed by our hospitalist teams 8-9-10 hour shifts Minimum 5 shifts per month 2 weekend shifts per month (not consecutive) 1 major holiday day/ annually 1 minor holiday day/ annually No Behavioral Health Observation Minimum Requirements: MD or DO Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia MAPMG Physicians: Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care Communicate thoughtfully (listen, educate, advocate) Lead with integrity Value teamwork Are transparent and honest Go “above and beyond” for their patients We Provide You: Competitive compensation Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost A concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses The starting hourly rate for this position is $200 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
