The RN provides high-quality in-home care for older adults and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include performing client assessments, managing chronic care, and providing post-surgical and wound care.

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted California registered nurse license and have at least 3 years of experience as an RN. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, car insurance, and proof of a negative TB result.
