As a VITAS Hospice Admissions Nurse, you’ll be the compassionate bridge between hospital or community care and the comfort of hospice. Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) holding a valid state license and possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience, with preference given to backgrounds in hospice, palliative care, ER, ICU, home health, or case management.
