Baptist Health LaGrange is seeking a skilled PRN Ultrasound Technologist to perform high‑quality diagnostic studies and support our mission of exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, following exam protocols, monitoring patients, using aseptic technique, assisting radiologists, and responding promptly to STAT and routine requests. Role includes managing daily operations in assigned specialty areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, operating imaging and PACS equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and participating in on‑call rotation. Additional duties include producing quality images, accurate EMR documentation, obtaining patient histories, labeling images per policy, completing incident reports, and verifying correct orders and charges.
Registered as R.D.M.S. or RT (S) required.
Registry eligible candidates are required to obtain registry within one year of employment.
Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
