Provide essential home health and rehabilitative care to adult and senior clients, including assistance with activities of daily living and home management. Monitor vital signs and assist with ambulation and medication to help clients remain in their homes.
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced CNA for a per diem opportunity to work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.
Candidate will need to travel between multiple client homes per day, so access to reliable transportation is required.
As a home health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
A CNA must: Have at least one year of work experience Must be listed on the Arizona Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination Have a criminal background check completed Meet all state requirements Job Responsibilities: Activities of daily living Light housekeeping Bathing Grooming Toileting Nail care Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
