Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, part of AcuteCare Health System, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. Full-Time Nights (12 hr shifts) Work with complex, high-acuity patient populations in a specialty hospital setting
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Obtain and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient care data as directed Assist nursing staff with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and repositioning Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly Ensure patient rooms and care areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked Support infection prevention and safety protocols Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to patients and families Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
High school diploma or equivalent required CNA certification preferred Current BLS certification required Previous healthcare or patient care experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
