What You'll Do Primarily support pediatric patients and families Provide hands-on clinical care, patient education, and care coordination Lead the pediatric vaccine program Perform clinical procedures and support clinic operations Ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience Partner with our OB team to connect moms and babies with ongoing primary care services What We're Looking For Comfortable and confident working with children Detail-oriented and highly organized Passionate about patient and family education Able to keep clinical workflows and processes on track Experience training, coaching, or mentoring others is a plus Can support Medical Assistant competency validation and clinical best practices Why This Role?

Role Purpose Provides direct patient care to identified patients in collaboration with providers and care team to assess, develop and implement a plan of care to deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality, cost-effective care. The ambulatory RN offers oversight/guidance to clinical staff working in the clinic and helps to support providers with daily patient management.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing with 2-5 years of experience and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience are preferred.
