We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with extensive pediatric experience) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced clinical support, and the ability to focus on providing outstanding patient care.

Position Details

Position: Pediatric Dentist / Associate Dentist (Limited to Pediatric Dentistry) Location: Dallas, Texas Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (10-hour clinical days) Practice: Established Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics Patient Base: Infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs Why Join myKIDSdds? Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following

Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques. May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate. Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment. Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred) or experience in pediatric dental care Commitment to providing high-quality dental care to children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Someone who is committed to continual personal and leadership growth

Requirements

Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school and possess an active Texas dental license. Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred, along with a commitment to high-quality care and professional growth.
