Performing office and administrative support duties including composing and typing correspondence and documents, compiling data and preparing summary reports, processing routine financial transactions and billing information, maintaining record keeping and filing systems, scheduling meetings and conferences, and receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls Serving as administrative liaison by gathering and exchanging information related to operational, budget, payroll or personnel issues and procedures Responsible for gathering, compiling and analyzing data specific to program criteria and outcome measures Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of related experience Ability to type complex statistical tables and forms, non-routine correspondence, reports and the like; and complete data entry accurately and efficiently; knowledge of office systems, procedures, equipment, and computer applications Analytical abilities necessary to gather and interpret data and information in preparing summary reports, organize and prioritize own work, and verify and correct data and information from variety of source documents. Must be able to obtain clearance from the Florida Department of Corrections. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday daytime hours
You will be eligible to participate in the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) in the next fiscal year 2025 based on the organization’s business results and your individual performance. You are eligible to receive up to 15% of your annual base salary. Gateway Foundation conducts annual reviews including merit increases.
