A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Services or Social Work is required. The individual must have prior experience working in a group setting and in healthcare. Experience working in post-acute rehabilitation and/or long-term care is preferred. Preferred license by the Minnesota Board of Social Work at minimum a LSW (Licensed Social Worker).
Candidates who have recently taken the Minnesota Board of Social Work license test may apply. Candidates who already have a test date scheduled may also apply. One year of work experience in Long Term Care or Home Health is preferred.
