Bachelor of Science in Nursing Experience in pediatrics Education Graduation from accredited school of nursing Certification Summary Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment as required by department Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Immediate phone availability throughout scheduled call shifts Must be able to report to hospital after call activation within 60 min Job Responsibilities Practice (Caring for the Patient) Performs nursing process across the continuum to deliver age and developmentally appropriate patient-family-centered care.
